THE Oakridge Executive Club provides the perfect venue for the month of hearts with its romantic dinner from Feb. 14 and 15. Spend Valentine’s Day with your date or the whole family at the business club; a placed prized for its seamless union of business and lifestyle elements, built in contemporary fashion with a panoramic view of the city.
Guests availing of the Valentine’s Day dinner will be greeted with a welcome drink and ushered to its dining room called Maple Room where a four-course dinner awaits. Look forward to dishes like the Dreamy Roasted Pumpkin Soup and Love Salad made with crisp apples sprinkled with goat cheese and lightly tossed with homemade raspberry dressing. Choose from the three entrées: Yin & Yang, a dish that combines grilled US Angus Rib Eye and grilled prawns; grilled Norwegian salmon with vegetables and grilled prawns called The Love Boat; and the Italian Lover a.k.a Truffle Risotto Funghi with porcini mushrooms drizzled with truffle oil; and the Chocolate Amore, a bittersweet chocolate mousse with a hint of amaretto.
The dinner is inclusive of a romantic serenade, a glass of wine and complimentary Valentine’s giveaway.
Oakridge Executive Club is located on the 12th floor of Oakridge I.T. Center 2 at Oakridge Business Park in A.S. Fortuna St., Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Reservations to the Wine and Dine event are highly encouraged.
