Kekert: The Sheraton experience

FOR an afternoon at the Sheraton Cebu Mactan showroom, guests were invited to discover an inspired living experience to celebrate a milestone in the development stage of the Resort and Residences. The topping off ceremony for the Residences and Resort as well as the formal launch of the Courtyard Villas, exhibited the lifestyle that Sheraton Mactan Cebu espouses. Attracting both local and international tourists alike, the turnover for all units will be in 2020.

Designed to have stylish and modern interiors with an added Cebuano touch to the whole concept, The Residences at Sheraton Cebu Mactan features a sanctuary of elevated living at an ideal destination, which is set amid beaches and natural surroundings. The establishment also features exclusive facilities tailored to one’s lifestyle.

The Courtyard Villas, designed purely for thoughtful and elevated living, boast unobstructed views of nature as well as the courtyard lagoon pools. You may choose from a two-bedroom home or a three-bedroom loft with its own private pool, and also get to experience a Resident’s Only Beach Club with access to the resort that offers five-star amenities, including modern dining facilities or the convenience of room service, a signature spa, decadent steam rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center plus a stunning beach to go with that!

The Residences at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, developed by AppleOne Mactan (under AppleOne Properties Inc.) is the first Sheraton branded residences in Southeast Asia, a five-hectare property located in Punta Engano, Lapu-Lapu City overlooking the Hilutungan Channel and Magellan Bay.
