ROBINLAND Inc. will develop its second real estate project in Barangay Quiot, Cebu City.
Robinland, led by Edwin B. Robin, held a groundbreaking ceremony for three residential towers last Friday, Feb. 8.
Robin said he chose Quiot because it is situated on a hill that overlooks Cebu City.
“Una man unta nakong plano ani kay residential house, but naka-realize ko na nindot siya himuon og condominium (I first planned to build a residential house here, but I realized that it would be great if I constructed a condominium),” he said.
Robinland’s first residential tower was built in the North Reclamation Area in Mandaue City.
Each tower will have 215 units each. The construction of each building is expected to cost P250 million and stand on over 700 square meters. Each building will take one year and four months to complete.
The buildings will have a modern contemporary design and come with a clubhouse, swimming pool and secured parking areas. (Angelo Seismundo, USJ-R Intern)
