A brainchild of Jun Magbalot, this festival has been known worldwide now and has contributed immensely to the tourism aspect of the city.

My thanks to Aaron Montenegro, mall manager of SM City Pampanga, and Kaye Chua, assistant mall manager for their warm accommodation to me and wife Josie last February 7, 2019. We were treated to a sumptuous lunch at Viking's, a worthy competitor to Yakimix.
