SINCE 2016, homegrown realty firm Propertier has grown to become a competent firm offering clients quality real estate properties.

Arthur Gonzales, Propertier president, said the company was founded in a bid to help out in professionalizing the real estate industry. He founded the company with Jaz Mendros, SEVP Marketing and Operations.

“We also envisioned to create a business model that would give people...a passive income,” Gonzales said, adding that their business model has a passive income feature for the agents.

From only two of them, the company grew to 300 agents and real estate brokers in the last three years. He also pointed that their sales have gone up by 400 percent since they began.

On February 2, 2019, the company celebrated its success in the real estate industry at the Royal Mandaya Hotel.

The celebration kicked off with the Walk of Stars, featuring the top performing agents in the company. It was then followed by a praise and worship.

“We are gathered here to celebrate and honor our God in heaven for His amazing greatness in 2018. Fellow Propertiers you made our success possible, thank you,” said Larrie Bernd Rocha, Propertier senior executive vice president (SEVP) for ITSD and Data Analytics, during his opening remarks.

With their 2019 battle cry, “Unstoppable,” the company has set its eyes to exceed its success in 2018.

Mendros said the company is banking on the real estate boom in Davao in 2019.

“There is still a huge demand for office spaces, rental properties, and commercial properties,” he said, adding that there are still business process outsourcing companies from the capital that are coming in Davao City.

He also noted that despite the increase in the property prices in Davao City, it is much cheaper as compared to other ares in the country.

“Another thing to be excited this year is a lot of developers are coming in,” Mendros said.

As a means of investing in their people, he said they will also be staging more trainings and seminars.

At the close of the celebration, the company awarded its top performing teammates.

The Top 5 Business Builders was awarded to Roel M. Tanio, who topped the list. He is followed by Ronnie M. Tanio (2nd), Sharon F. Gonzales (3rd), Jene Grace B. Dao (4th), and Janel B. Rendon and Febie R. Lope, who both tied for fifth.

Topping the list of the Top 5 Sales Performers is Blessie Mae Y. Magsambol. Trailing behind her are Vergel F. Gutierrez (2nd), Lagrimas N. Ruelo (3rd), Sharon F. Gonzales (4th), and Cathy A. Bastasa (5th).

The Rookie of the Year was awarded to Vergel F. Gutierrez while the Propertier of the Year went to Ronnie M. Tanio.

Propertier offers brokerage services, facilitating in looking for real estate properties, and property management. The properties they have in their inventory ranges from commercial spaces, residential units, and even agricultural and industrial estates.
