THE Girl Scouts of the Philippines Baguio City Council is holding a citywide encampment at the Dairy Farm, Dontogan this February 14 to 16. Among the objectives of the camp is to develop resourcefulness, initiative and self-reliance.
The declaration of the camp opening was by Camp Director Jacqueline Lampac.
