Chew and Brew, the hippest milk tea shop based in the City of San Fernando and Angeles City, is owned by Flavia “Bing” Esmas and co-owned by her husband Karlo Esmas.

The first Chew and Brew branch, which is located in City of San Fernando, was established on July 31, 2018. Named after the scrumptious sinkers and pearls imbued in their drinks for that unforgettable milk tea experience, this brand was passionately created by someone who really loves milk tea.

Chew and Brew’s story started when the milk tea business became a hit and started trending. Miss Bing used to buy milk tea every time she goes home after work – an on-the-go drink, just like coffee or a juice drink everyone would enjoy after a long, tiring day.

Her little idea to start her own milk tea venture turned into a big undertaking, and now, her growing business has extended to Angeles City. Chew and Brew’s branch opened there last November 1, 2018 and is currently being managed by Miss Bing’s husband, Karlo.

Chew and Brew, knowing that people nowadays always choose milk tea as their on-the-go drink, has put a twist to their drinks to further spark their customers’ interest towards the brand: their sinkers – cream cheese, which goes well with their milk tea; and soft and chewy tapioca pearls, which Miss Bing makes sure are “made to perfection” to complement the milk tea’s flavor.

The sugar level can also be adjusted according to the preference of the customer.

Oh, but there’s more to Chew and Brew than their creamy milk tea. They have new additions to their menu: chicken pop (P98) and Thai fries (P50) that go great with their beverages, also cooked and fried to perfection.

Chew and Brew opens from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at their San Fernando branch, which can be found at the Gilcey Building along MacArthur Highway in Dolores, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. (except for Sundays at 12 noon to 8 p.m.) at their branch in Angeles City, which is located at Stall A&B, #39, Lot 6&7 of Friendship Highway in Cutcut.
