ACTING Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer (Parpo) II of the Department of Agrarian Reform in Negros Occidental- North Carlos Padilla on Wednesday, February 20, said that 3,177 certificates of land ownership award (Cloa) are ready for distribution in the province by President Rodrigo Duterte.

Padilla, however, said they have no confirmation yet as to when is the President arriving for the distribution.

For southern Negros, the land coverage are those in Bago City, Binalbagan, Hinigaran, Isabela, La Castellana, and Pontevedra.

A SunStar Bacolod source earlier said that members of the Presidential Management Staff have already arrived in the province on Wednesday and they have been going to the sites where the President is set to visit.

Though, the schedule remains unconfirmed.
