A NEGRENSE beauty titlist, Mary Kimberly Cagape, who represented the Philippines, won first runner-up in the Miss Heritage International 2019 pageant held in Singapore on February 16.
She also won special awards such as Miss Congeniality, Best in Talent, and Miss Peace Ambassador.
Cagape, who hails from Murcia town, was earlier crowned Mrs. Philippines Asia Pacific Intercontinental 2018.
Miss Heritage International is an international beauty pageant that fosters heritage, culture, tourism, environment, and peace and harmony from a global perspective.
