CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda is eyeing to put up a Provincial Dialysis Center which would cater the needs of patients undergoing dialysis treatment once elected governor in the May 2019 midterm elections.

The vice-governor bared this during the recent assembly of 1,500 dialysis and cancer patients at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center in the City of San Fernando.

The vice-governor is eyeing the center for more intensified monitoring and continuous medication of patients.

“This will surely benefit Kapampangan patients and their families in terms of regular check-ups, dialysis and chemotherapy sessions and will be more convenient in terms of hassle-free travel time,” he said.

Although this is still a future plan, the Provincial Government has been sending medical and financial aid to these patients since 2010.

Patients have been given assorted groceries, allowances and provided regular check-ups at the 11 public hospitals supervised by the Capitol, Provincial Health Office led by Dr. Mar Jaochico, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office led by Elizabeth Baybayan, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office led by Angie Blanco and the Provincial Treasurer’s Office.
