WITH its overwhelming sales performance last 2018 for its Amani Grand Citygate project in Buhangin, Grand Land Inc. treated its best performing individual agents and realties in a Crazy Rich Asian-themed party at Grand Regal Hotel last February 12, 2019.

Grand Land president Ryan Bernard Go said the annual awards night is a form of thanksgiving to the sales people who supported them in promoting its flagship project in Davao City.

“This is to honor and appreciate them by giving them something in return for their great performance last year,” he said, adding the sales team is the driving factor why it surpassed its sales target for 2018.

Aeda Mae Sanchez, Amani's sales director, in a separate interview said all four buildings of the project were nearly sold out in December 2018.

Go shared that they attribute the huge success of the project – in terms of sales - to the location and whole concept of the condominium project.

Amani Grand Citygate, which is located along Buhangin-Cabantian road, is a P2.5-billion project and will rise in a 2.8-hectare area beside Gaisano Grand Mall. The lifestyle-centric, London-inspired condominium will be comprised of four colorful mid-rise residential towers with luxurious amenities like pools, gym, and jogging trails among others.

The president shared that land development of the project is 80 percent done while construction of the first building is set to start this year. The first building is eyed to be turned over to investors by 2022.

Meanwhile, the developer will also start to market this year its other project called The Piazza at Amani Grand Citygate Davao. It is said to be designed with a more upscale and high end feels.

“Hopefully by end of this year we can manage to sell all some 700 units of this new project,” Sanchez shared. The Piazza will be located just within the Grand Citygate property.

She added that two other projects are also in the pipeline: the 21-hectares mixed used development near Davao International Airport area and a subdivision in Toril area.
