A NIGHT filled with singing, dancing, and celebration was offered to the people behind the successful and fruitful year 2018 of the Phinma Property Holdings Corp. (Phinma Properties) as they held the 5th CEO Awards and sales kick-off at the Grand Men Seng Hotel on February 12, 2019.
The event specially recognized their top sales brokers who have been making conscious effort to provide accurate information to their clients who are looking for a perfect investment and a place to stay.
The celebration emphasized the need for Phinma properties to propel in their goal to reach more clients this year and build a bold future for the Dabawenyos.
“All of you are here tonight because you have contributed greatly to Phinma Properties Davao in 2018. We now give honor and recognition to our men and women who worked hard everyday, including the weekends to approach our buyers that this is the perfect investment for them,” Phinma Properties Sales and Marketing Director Rogelio Garcia said in his opening message.
He further said that in 2018, a lot had been achieved and targets had been reached, but there will be more to look forward to in 2019.
Aside from acknowledgements and recognitions, Phinma Properties gave incentives to top sales brokers.
For this year, the company increased its cash incentive for the top broker group head who reached the target of at least P200 million with a cash incentive of P3 million, while for those who will reach at least P100 million, they will be given P750,000 cash incentives.
For top unit managers who reached the target of at least P75 million, they will be given P300,000 cash incentives.
Top five top property consultants to reach at least P35 million will receive P150,000 cash incentive. Top 10 property consultants will receive the latest iPod Pro as incentive.
All those incentives are part of the company’s expression of gratefulness to those who worked hard for the company and a motivation to reach their full potential.
Meanwhile, Phinma Properties President and CEO Julian Concepcion assured that both its company and its constituents will propel in 2019 and in the coming years ahead.
“Why would you help Phinma in our vision this year? It is because Phinma is committed to be your partners in this endeavor. If you are committed in whatever you do, whether you are selling, or loving your family, we will surely reach the goal. Let us all encourage ourselves to propel,” Concepcion said.
