THE fourth most wanted person in Silay City Police Station was arrested by operatives at Hacienda JML, Barangay Guinhalaran, Silay City Monday, March 4.
Police identified the suspect as Rommel Sumagaysay, 34.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Noel Polines, chief of Silay City Police Station, said Sumagaysay was arrested by virtue of order of arrest for acts of lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines for six counts.
The order of arrest was issued by Judge Ana Celeste Bernad of Regional Trial Court Branch 69, Silay City.
The suspect is detained at the custodial facility of Silay City Police Station for failure to pay his bail of P216, 000. (MAP)
