THE panel of prosecutors that will resolve the murder case filed against a politician and his two security details has subpoenaed a local television network for the video footage of the recent alleged shootout in a mall in Davao City.
Chief City Prosecutor Raul B. Bendigo has created a panel of prosecutors to resolve the murder case filed against Buluan Vice Mayor Esmael "Toto" Mangudadatu.
Mangudadatu and his two security details, Police Officer 1 Surab Lintukan Bantas and Police Officer 1 Ibrahim Langalen, were charged with murder for the death of Tamano Kamendan, an alleged close-in security aide of Andal Ampatuan Sr.
Subpoenaed for the footage of the crime scene and the inquest proceeding is ABS CBN network.
Inquest Prosecutor Jofre Saniel will be joined by Prosecutors Maria Gemma Dabbay-Tamis and Carlos CastaƱos to complete the panel. (RMH)
