Tujan: Biggest kid pageant soon!

DUBBED as the Biggest Kid Pageant in Southern Mindanao, “Munting Mutya ng Davao”, and now on its 15th year, Gaisano Malls presented their Top 15 finalists during a media exposure last February 28, 2019.

This year’s theme, “Candy Land” will showcase an ambitious musical production filled with eye catching colors of anything sweet, delicious, and tangible embellishments, styled by Stunning Events and Weddings by Christopher Ledesma and Richie de los Santos.

“We have been handling Munting Mutya for the last 4 years and we promise to accelerate this year’s competition with more grandeur with a dazzle of all the elements that includes fashion, colours, and culture.” said Ledesma.

With over 72 hopefuls, only fifteen made it to the grand finals wherein the crowned Munting Mutya will win over P150, 000 worth of prizes, including a scholarship.

During the press presentation, kids were asked questions about themselves and child-friendly related issues to which they answered with wit and charm.

The press was asked to vote for the” Darling of the Press”, the one who obviously showed good communication skills. The name of the winner, however, will be revealed on the grand finals on March 17, 2019.

The talent competition will be held on March 10, 2019 at Gaisano Mall Toril.
