WORKING towards the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and Baguio’s creative tourism drive, March 1 was a big day as fashion creatives and enthusiasts gathered for the Inabe: A Fashion Gallery by the Grand Sierra Pines Hotel featuring our very own Cordilleran designer Harvic Dominguez with his inabel (handwoven) pieces under the direction of Chai Ramos.
Gracing the event were Hotelier Rex Joseph “Joey” Reyes (Grand Sierra Pines), Anna Loraine Tabora (Bb. Pilipinas Universe 1977), Engr. Aloysius Mapalo (Supervising Tourism Operations Officer, City Tourism of Baguio), Helen Tibaldo (PIA Cordillera), and Jovi Ganongan (OIC, Department of Tourism CAR).
Aside from the well-curated fashion gallery, beautiful and astounding models and hotel model staff and OJT’s reigned the catwalk amidst the cool and open scenery of the hotel’s veranda.
The acoustic serenade of the Rush Band filled the air.
The INABE showdown is indeed another one for the books. Cheers everyone!
