Si UC head coach Yayoy Alcoseba, sa phone interview tali SunStar Davao nagkanayon: “It’s an honor to be invited to the Araw ng Davao. It would be a good exposure for the school and the team.”
Si Alcoseba nibutyag nga iyang dad-on iyang team nga maoy moduwa sa Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (Cesafi) sa sunod school year.
“It’s a very raw team. Since it’s the end of the school year. Others graduated already. Basically, we have new players left, half of it. Another half are all new.”

Ang kompetisyon may premyong P270,000, gikan sa lokal nga kagamhanan sa Syudad sa Davao, nga maoy bahinon sa upat ka magtigi nga tim.
Ang champion team modawat og P100,000 samtang ang sunod nga tulo ka tim dunay P60,000, P40,000 ug P30,000.
May cash prize nga P20, 000 matag usa sa most valuable player (MVP) ug best coach.
