THREE persons were arrested in separate drug busts of the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) in Bacolod City.
Police identified the suspects as Jomarie de Asis, 52, of Barangay 2; Niño Mira, 38, of Barangay 27; and Jose Laban of Bacolod City.
The police said Laban was caught by operatives of Police Station 8 after selling suspected shabu to an undercover policeman in Purok Gabinuligay in Barangay 16 at 12:15 a.m., Thursday, March 14.
Police recovered from Laban’s possession four sachets of shabu, drug paraphernalia and the P500 marked money.
De Asis and Mira were also caught by operatives of Police Station 2 after selling suspected shabu to an undercover cop of Police Station 4 in Purok Cheresa 2, Barangay 27 at 11:10 p.m. Wednesday, March 13.
Police seized from them 11 sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and the P500 marked money.
The suspects are detained at the custodial facilities of Police Stations 2 and 8. They will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (MAP)
