A MILITIAMAN with a standing warrant of arrest for the crimes of homicide and frustrated homicide was apprehended in Zamboanga del Sur on Thursday, March 14.
Rubie Handumon, 43, was arrested around 12:30 p.m. Thursday along the Provincial Road in the village of East Migpulao, Dinas.
Police Major Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, said Handumon was placed under the custody of Dinas Municipal Police.
Handumon, who is assigned to the village of Dongos in Dinas, was ordered arrested by the court of San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur on January 19, 2011. (Bong Garcia/SunStar Philippines)
