“BLOOMING forward” this year’s theme for the search, Little Ms. Panagbenga 2019 in line with the 24th Panagbenga Festival!
Young ones with the ages of 5 to 10 years old exuded the winning attitude, outstanding personality, confidence, charm and beauty as they wowed the crowd!
This was held last March 10 at the Malcolm Square Plaza. The judges were Jessica de Vera, Benj Cruz, Ma. Antonette Navalta, Kim Sampayan, Janice Senato, Marcial Tindaan, Joy Passion, Marissa Bomogao, and yours truly.
