JUDGING from its festive interior, one can expect a feast awaiting him at Red Buffalo Soul Food Factory.
The restaurant opened to the public on Oct. 1 last year, and it offered international cuisine from Filipino dishes to Southern soul food.
Conceptualized by the proprietors behind restaurants Siam Thai Cuisine and Blue Elephant, Red Buffalo serves as a new addition; a new option for locals to enjoy something new and something familiar in a fairly new restaurant with comfort dishes that are easy on the pocket.
The restaurant has been recognized for its unlimited chicken wings that come in different flavors like Garlic Parmesan, Original Flavor, Buffalo and Honey Glazed. Besides the chicken wings, there is its selection of soups, salads, pastas, nachos and crowd favorites like its Grilled Pork Steak with Creamy Peppercorn Sauce, Angus Beef Burger with Fries, Korean and Barbecue Ribs. All that’s left is a glass (or two) of its mojito or margarita, and you’re all set.
With the place giving off a festive vibe, Red Buffalo not only piques the interest of its diners but also assures them of a restaurant filled with nostalgia, and the promise of enjoying dishes in a laid-back setting fit for a feast.
