THE Ecoverde Homes Corporation on Monday, March 11, signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with their top two brokers, the Leuterio Realty and Brokerage and the Golden Nest Realty and Brokerage, for the selling of soon-to open project: Ecoverde Sierra Indahag Phase 2.
“The two realty companies have been our partners since our first project here in Cagayan dje Oro which is the Phase 1. We started it in 2015,” Paolo Giovanni Olivares, the business unit head of Ecoverde Homes Corporation, said.
The Ecoverde Sierra Indahag Phase 2 has an area of 22,538 square meters consisting of 287 units which will be located beside the Phase 1 in Barangay Sitio Bato, Poblacion, Indahag, Cagyaan de Oro City.
The Phase 2 is a BP220 housing development consisting of three house model types, namely: Duplex, which has a floor area of 59.30 square meters and lot area of 63 square meters; Town House, with floor area of 55 square meters (inner unit) and 59 square meters (end unit), and has a lot area of 45 square meters (inner unit) and 58 square meters (end unit); and the Row House.
“It’s the deepest well in Cagayan de Oro City according to the Water District,” he said.
Apart from the MOA signing last Monday, Ecoverde also awarded Leuterio and Golden Nest the Certificate of Recognition for the top two brokers’ efforts in selling out the Ecoverde Sierra Indahag Phase 1 within a year’s time.
Ecoverde Homes Corporation was formed to answer the emerging need for housing for the middle-income Filipino family. Its main thrust is to provide Earth-friendly and high quality housing projects for the modern Filipino families.
At present, it has six main projects, three in Batangas, three in Cagayan de Oro City including the new soon-to open Ecoverde Sierra Indahag Phase 2. Four of these projects have been already completed and delivered to its owners.
