Another alleged big-time drug pusher nabbed

ANTI-narcotic policemen have arrested another suspected big time drug pusher and seized some P325,000 worth of suspected shabu in an anti-drug operation in Zamboanga City, an official said.

Police Major Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, identified the arrested suspect as Brandon Lee Rashad Ahmad Lahaman, 21.

Galvez said Lahaman was arrested in a buy-bust operation around 3:10 a.m. Sunday at JJ Drive in the village of San Jose Gusu, this city.

Galvez said the buy-bust operation was launched following surveillance on the illegal trade of the suspect.

She said confiscated from the possession of the suspect were some P325,000 worth of suspected shabu packed in one big-size heat-sealed plastic sachet, one bundle of boodle money with P37,000 topped with one genuine P500 of registered marked money.

She said the suspect was detained pending the filing of charges for violation of the comprehensive dangerous drugs act of 2002. (SunStar Philippines)
