Alvarez: Fake people at work

DID you ever experience having a friend who constantly appreciates and motivates you but in reality puts you in vain? Oh, fake! It’s the latest trend now, and everyone seems to be in style. We have to accept that there are competitive people but cannot just keep score. What they do is to act like everyone’s friend and motivates others to do more. But at their backs, they will speak unkind words and secretly does things to put people in vain. Because they cannot win over them, they will covertly create obstacles that will cause them not to be victorious. Here are some realities why there are friends who are fake.

Constant envy.

This comes when people want something that isn’t theirs. They will disguise their desire to be where you are through virtues. They will satisfy your appetite and kiss you night and day. They will be like your angels but in reality, the Lucifer’s in your life.

Multiple failures.

This comes when people are trying so hard to be on top and even with hard work, he or she is still at the bottom. They dangerously cope up with their failures to the cost of others. They find and destroy those people who are over them by creating unacceptable scenarios. They are willing to pretend or to get along with people they hate to climb up the stairs.

Lack of appreciation.

This comes when only a few people appreciate them. They yearn and expect to be acknowledged by their work. They will 100% strive hard to make sure that those who are well appreciated will not be put in the limelight once again. They will critic those who are hardworking, witty, creative and intellectuals. They will create stories to devalue good people and get close to those in authority and gossip about the other's weaknesses. Worst is that they make people believe they have developed something to solve a long-time problem but in reality all was fake.

It is true that the same people who speak highly of you will be the same person that will put you in vain secretly. I guess the fact that these people are fake simply means they are unhappy and I pity them. Oh really, fake happiness is the worst kind of sadness or should I say they're not happy for others because they wish it was them.
