Lubao mayor hosts two more medical missions in Porac

PORAC Mayor Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab hosted one more medical mission as medical volunteers strove to cover more indigents needing medical attention.

The recent medical mission was held at Babo Sacan Covered court last week catering to the central barangays of Porac.

Another medical mission scheduled for March 26 will cater to western barangays of the town.

Early this March, the mayor hosted a medical mission for the eastern barangays of Porac at the Santa Cruz covered court in Barangay Santa Cruz.

Pineda-Cayabyab, who is running unopposed for second district board member, took it upon herself to cater to the needs of the people of Porac who are part of her constituency.

Pineda-Cayabyab, along with Kabilan party re-electionist board members Tonton Torres and Fritzie David-Dizon, are all unopposed.

The medical mission featured free check-ups and medicines from doctors and health providers.

Vice-Mayor Dexter David hailed the medical mission as a timely event as his constituents need regular medical attention, particularly, the poorest sectors of the town.
