SPEAKER of the House of Representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio will lead the grand rally of Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HnP) in Isabela town on March 25.

The rally is set at the town plaza and Isabela Cultural Center, which was one of Speaker GMA’s projects in the hometown of her husband, Mike Arroyo, when she was president of the country.

Malabor also said that 12,000 to 15,000 supporters from the fifth district will gather in Isabela for the rally.
