THE number one most wanted person by the Escalante City Police Station was arrested by the operatives in Purok Nabantuan I, Barangay Balintawak, Escalante City, Negros Occidental on Tuesday, March 19.
Police identified the suspect as Andrew Delos Santos alias Badjao, 46, of Barangay Balintawak.
Superintendent Necerato Sabando, chief of the Escalante City Police Station, said that Delos Santos has an arrest warrant for violations of Section 5 (drug pushing), Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 with no bail, and Section 11 (drug possession) of the same law.
The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Katherene Go of the Regional Trial Court Branch 59 of San Carlos City. (MAP)
