A HOUSING project is soon to rise in a west coast village of Zamboanga City.
The project is for the Grace Community Homeowners’ Association located at Purok 6, Talisayan village.
Mayor Maria Isabelle Climaco-Salazar said the project will be implemented under the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) through the facilitation of the Housing and Land Management Division of the city government.
Salazar said the property, owned by Christian and Missionary Alliance Churches consists of a total area of 18,501 square meters with a total cost of P2.775 million.
Some 96 families are expected to benefit from the project with the price per intent to sell at P150 per square meter.
