POLICE have arrested one of the most wanted persons in the province of Zamboanga del Sur.
Julito Escultor Duran, 40, was served a warrant of arrest at around 5:30 p.m. Sunday, March 24, in the village of Calingayan, Dumalinao, Zambonga del Sur.
Police Major Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, said Duran was listed as the number six most wanted person in the town of Labason, his hometown.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on December 17, 2014 by the court of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte for the crime of rape. No bail was recommended. (Bong Garcia)
