THE tandem of Billy Magdale and Kurt Palces annexed the Datba Weekly Doubles Tournament held Tuesday evening, March 26, at the SM Lanang Premier Bowling Center in Davao City.
Magdale and Palces combined for a total of 1,173 pinfalls after three games. Magdale struck for 569 while Palces hit 604 pinfalls.
Julius Cajis and Jesrael Rule finished second by toppling 1,154 pinfalls in the event organized by the Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association (Datba). Cajis made 521 pinfalls while Rule scored 633.
Magdale-Rule received P1,800 while Cajis-Rule claimed P1,000.
A total of nine pairs competed in the tournament.
The weekly singles competition will resume on Saturday. (MLSA)
