IN LINE with the celebration of Women’s Month, the Local Government Unit of San Fernando staged a “Technology Forum on Product and Process Improvement or Standardization for Micro Food Processors of Pampanga” at the Provincial Department of Trade and Industry Conference Room on Monday, March 25.
The activity was made possible through the support and initiative of the Department of Science and Technology— Provincial Science and Technology Center (DOST-PSTC) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Pampanga.
Highlights of the discussion were the good manufacturing practices and process on standardization given by the Tarlac State University
Extension Office and participated by the Micro Food Processors or food enterprisers in the province. (PR)
