CdeO’s beautiful city condo to rise soon

THE construction of next phase of the newest eco-friendly condominium under Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), Primavera City, is expected to start this year following the groundbreaking ceremony held on Tuesday, March 26, in Pueblo de Oro in uptown Cagayan de Oro.

IDC chief executive officer architect Romolo Nati said the Phase 2, named as Citta Bella (Beautiful City), will be completed in two years from the construction date.

“Every phase will be completed in two years from construction date. We are expecting not later 2025 or 2026, the entire project will be completed. At that point, it will really be a landmark for Cagayan de Oro real estate,” Nati said.

The Primavera City project is composed of four phases: Citta Verde (Green City), Citta Bella, Citta Grande (Big City), and the high-rise tower Citta Alta (High City).

Nati said that the Citta Verde is about to be completed and the turnover is expected to happen between the second and third quarter of this year.

“Sales were very good. We sold out the building. We only have around 20 units available. That’s why we accelerated the development of Phase 2,” Nati said.

Similar to Phase 1, the Citta Bella will have two 11-storey mixed use towers with commercial, office, and residential units.

The entire Primavera City project will have more than 1,200 units, according to Nati.

Primavera City will comprise several features such as solar panels as source of green energy, 24/7 security surveillance, earthquake proof, free WiFi connection in selected areas, sauna, flood free, playground, gym, sky pool area, sky garden, function hall and others.

Apart from the executives of IDC, the groundbreaking ceremony was also attended by real estate brokers, partner banks, sales agents and VIP guests such as City Councilor George Goking, who represented the City Government in welcoming IDC.
