Salon de Rose highlights sustainable, earth-friendly initiatives for 45th year

TO CELEBRATE 45 years of providing quality hair care in the country, Salon de Rose opened its new heritage salon nestled just beside its original location on Osmeña Blvd., Capitol Site, Cebu City. The salon also partnered with sustainable beauty and hair care brands like Tea Tree by JPMS and Davines, which will be available soon in all Salon de Rose branches nationwide.

The homegrown salon will be the exclusive distributor of Tea Tree by JPMS, the first professional hair care company to take a stand against animal testing in the country.

“We’ve decided to launch Tea Tree by JPMS here in Cebu because we want to continue bringing the best quality of hair care every Cebuano needs. Most especially in this hot weather, these hair products would surely be perfect to keep one’s head cool and calm,” shared Salon de Rose chief executive officer Brian Lim.

While Davines, an Italian company which produces high-end hair care products, it has compensated for over 7,000 tons of Carbon Dioxide by preserving green spaces around the world and has saved more than 8.4 tons of plastic since repackaging its Essential Haircare line in late 2014.

“Aside from offering quality products to our patrons, we want to contribute in saving the Earth not because it’s what everyone’s doing right now but because it is what Salon de Rose stands for ever since it started,” added Lim.
