THE hard work and efforts of the sales force of Uraya Land Development Incorporated (ULDI) were highlighted during the 2018 Annual Awards at the Grand Ballroom of the Marco Polo Hotel last March 1, boosting further their morale to aim for greater heights.

Debin E. Uraya II, senior vice president of Uraya Land, treated the prime movers of the marketing to a festive night of glitz and glamour as the company’s way to express its appreciation of their role in putting the company in the map of successful property development players.

“We believe that investing in your success and your future is our way of guaranteeing ours. We understand that your victory is our victory and that we can grow together in achieving all our goals. Our family-centric core values have always been engraved even into our designed philosophy for our latest and most successful project today - Uraya Residence,” Uraya said.

Clad in their fabulous gowns and tuxedo, over 100 sellers and brokers attended the event and were given certificates of recognition.

The homegrown company recognized the men and women who were behind the company’s success in breaking its sales record for two years in a row, hitting P960 million in total reservation for the year 2018, the highest sales year in the history of the company so far.

Opening the awarding ceremony was marketing director of ULDI, Cecille Anne S. Ilagan, who shared that every ULDI project carries with it the intangible benefit of being surrounded by vast green spaces, thereby providing an environment that enhances the lifestyle of their clients. The well-planned communities that ULDI offers are one of the reasons behind the huge success of its sales team.

Agency and unit managers were awarded cash prizes of P20, 000 to P150, 000 based on the sales points they have earned for the year. Among the awardees are Gil Antonio L. Chua of Orange Agency and Cherry Grace J. Valenzuela, who both qualified for a car showcase, opted to upgrade their prizes to Toyota Hi-Ace vans through ULDI’s Pledge Program for Premier Sellers.

“Their loyalty and commitment to their craft has brought them a year of unforgettable moments of successes,” said Maria Victoria B. Pescador, sales director of ULDI, as she encouraged other general sellers to be part of the premier groups to enjoy even more benefits and incentives.

Other sales awardee who garnered the top awards was Felix Jamil of Ivory Agency, who was awarded the Top Property Associate of the Year. In the Unit Manager category, Rebecca S. Reyes of Sunshine Agency emerged as the Top Unit Manager of the Year, bringing home a cash prize of P125, 000 and a pledged gadget bundle of Apple 27-inch iMac and printer.

On the other hand, the Top Agency Manager of the Year was awarded to Erma M. Sobredilla of Sunshine Agency, who brought in a total of 725 points, the highest sales generated by a single agency. Sobredilla could not contain her happiness as she received her prize of a lot in Uraya Residences.

Meanwhile, Uraya applauded all the awardees, reiterating that he was grateful for their dedication and proud of the success of the sales teams for the past 25 years that ULDI has been developing quality projects.

“No one starts on top. It takes focus, hard work, dedication, passion and commitment to succeed. The success of our top performers and the success of our many winners and awardees tonight prove that your efforts will not go unrewarded or unrecognized,” Uraya added.

He further assured them that they will always have the support of the company as it continues to develop many more projects with focus on improving product value and quality through research and development, expansion of marketing services and modernizing current marketing facilities.

“2018 is our most successful year to date and we aim to continue this strength, success, and growth and to share it with you, our sellers, for 2019 and the future. We at Uraya Land are very excited for what’s to come and to all of you, our sellers, to come join us in our journey to even greater heights for 2019 and the years beyond,” he ended.
