Anchored by Raymund Livioco, top qualifier of the Team ImmunPro conquered the recently concluded first Bacolod Open Tenpin “Quad of Ace” Bowling Tournament 2019 at Lopue’s East Bowling Center.
ImmunPro defeated the powerhouse foursome of Lopue’s East, headed by Herman Santos, 617-582, on March 24. Livioco led his team with 241 pinfalls to bag the title in the team event. He was backstopped by teammates Nap Pedreso, Naty Asentista, and Bebz Alilain.
The eventual first runner-up, Lopue’s East, was composed of Santos, Helson Rosales, OJ Lopue, and Nomie Rosario; while PS Mendoza Electrical Supply of Pat Mendoza and Bacolod Team of Dwight Somcio settled for second and third.
In the doubles event, ImmunPro’s Livioco and Pedreso won over eventual first runner-up PS Mendoza’s Ariel Yelo and Pablo Namacpacan with a score of 357-346 pinfalls; while Designer 7’s Karl Liboon and Christian Trespecio, and Brim Team’s Mike Udasco Jr. & Ed Inson finished 2nd and 3rd.
Prima youth tenpinner Liboon pulled an upset against top-qualifier Livioco, 191–187, in the masters event to become champion. Richel Gumban of Team Bura and Jasper Quimanhan of 96 Enterprises completed the Top 4 placers.
