A TEAM was formed by the Guadalupe Police Station to arrest a 15-year-old boy and his adult cohort for allegedly raping two girls, aged 13 and 14.
The incident happened after the binge drinking of the suspects and the victims in Sitio Banawa, Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City on Saturday night, April 6.
Investigation showed that the suspects started the sexual assault after they noticed the girls were already drunk.
On Sunday dawn, April 7, the girls reported the incident to the police station.
Guadalupe Police Station Chief Dexter Basirgo said the victims know the suspects.
The girls were brought to the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center’s pink room for a checkup.
Basirgo said there was blood on the shorts of the 13-year-old girl. This means she was forced by the suspects.
The police official said minors should stay in their respective houses and refrain from drinking late at night.
Basirgo said parents should monitor their children and their friends.
