NEGRENSE beauty is naturally lovely, amiable and pleasing to the eyes. But that is a very physical description.

Our 26 lovely candidates who vie for the crown of the 2019 Lin-ay sang Negros in this 26th Panaad sang Negros festival will again showcase their beauty, talents and brains in a yearly conduct of this prestigious beauty pageant that is anchored on the promotion of the province’s tourism and agriculture.

These lovely candidates not just possess outer beauty but most importantly inner beauty that encompasses substance and value of a dignified and beautiful woman.

Of the 32 towns and cities in the Province of Negros Occidental, 26 local government units fielded their respective candidates to very well represent their people and places.

They had their first official presentation at the opening of the 26th Panaad sang Negros festival which were graced by Senators Cynthia Villar and Nancy Binay and all the Provincial officials led by Governor Alfredo G. Marañon, Jr., and Vice Governor Eugenio Jose “Bong” Lacson, town and city mayors, among others.

Dr. Marlin Sanogal, the Festival and Executive Director of the Panaad festival has entrusted the Lin-ay sang Negros pageant under the able directorship of Rodney Ascalon who always makes a point that the pageant will be exciting and glittery.
