LOOMING majestically on the economic horizon of Cebu Business Park is the imposing 21-storey Johndorf Tower. The tower will join the bustling office units and Business Process Management (BPM) investments in the area.

Johndorf Tower, a Leed (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) gold certified and world-class edifice, is developed by Johndrof Ventures Corp. (JVC). It can accommodate up to 3,000 employees. With its strategic position, it is very accessible to commercial establishments, restaurants and transport stops. The tower, indeed, caters to a vibrant, mixed-use crowd.

Groundbreaking day was hosted by the Lim Family of JVC, with top honcho, president and chief executive officer Richard D. Lim doing the honors. He was assisted by architect Jose Siao Ling, finance managers, department heads etc.

JVC is a most trusted real estate company, with various housing projects in the Visayas and Mindanao.
