MINALIN -- For his birthday, fourth district Representative Juan Pablo “Rimpy” Bondoc’s only wish is to have peaceful midterm and local elections this coming May 13.

“I could not ask for anything more than to have peaceful elections and that the Kapampangan and Filipino people can freely exercise their right to vote the leaders they think are deserving,” Bondoc said.

Bondoc celebrated his natal day with the people of Minalin along with several key Pampanga officials headed by gubernatorial bet Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda in a simple ceremony held at Barangay Sta. Maria here.

In attendance were reelectionist Senator Bam Aquino, who was classmate to Bondoc’s wife, Mayor Edgar Flores of this town, Masantol Mayor Danilo Guintu, Sto. Tomas Mayor John Sambo, Board Members Pol Balingit and Nelson Calara, San Simon mayoralty bet Jun Punsalan, and village chiefs from the fourth district of Pampanga.

“We, together with Governor Delta, have been advocating for a peaceful conduct of elections since our alliance was made public in the hope that will create a ripple effect among all officials and candidates,” Bondoc said.

Bondoc also expressed gratitude to the people of Minalin and the whole of the fourth district, and the local leaders for celebrating with him his birthday despite their busy schedule this campaign period.

“I was sentimental and sad that I was not able to celebrate my birthday with my family, but I am more than happy to have this opportunity to celebrate it with you now, my second family,” Bondoc told Kapampangans in the venue.
