A DANCER of a gay club on ML Quezon St., Barangay Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City was shot dead past 10 p.m. Wednesday, April 10.

Angelo Lamboloto Llano, 29, of Taguig City, Metro Manila but who was temporarily staying in Barangay Pajo, had just arrived at the club he was working in when he was shot.

After punching in, Llano stepped out of the club and approached a vehicle that was parked outside when a black Nissan Navarra pick-up arrived.

A man got off and shot Llano several times. He then returned to the pick-up and it sped off.

According to Police Master Sgt. Joefrey Managase, desk officer of Lapu-Lapu City Police Station 3, they are trying to determine if Llano had made any enemies. Police will be checking the closed-circuit TV cameras in the area to see if they can identify the vehicle.

He said Llano had no records of misdemeanors at their station.

Three bullets were found in the area where Llanos was shot.

Meanwhile, members of the Lapu-Lapu City Police Station 3 shot dead a man they considered a high-value target during a buy-bust in Zone Litob, Barangay Kalawisan, Lapu-Lapu City past 9 p.m. Wednesday, April 10.

The man was identified as Manuel Paz Baclohan, also known as Sungkil, 47, a resident of the area but originally from Mandaue City.

Baclohan was the subject of a buy-bust outside his house. When Baclohan noticed he was transacting with police elements, he allegedly pushed the poseur buyer and ran inside his house.

Baclohan allegedly took a .45 pistol and shot at police, which led operatives to shoot back, leading to his death.

Police said Baclohan was sixth in the drug watchlist of the police station and ranked second in Mandaue City.

He was also tagged as the mastermind in the shooting of Mantuyong, Mandaue City Barangay Captain Antonio Maquillan in 2017.

Taken from Baclohan were four medium-sized packs of suspected shabu and a .45 pistol with five live bullets.

Managase said Baclohan may have felt the heat in Mandaue City and decided to move to Barangay Kalawisan with his partner. (From GCM of SuperBalita Cebu, MEA)
