PASANGINLAN ni Mayor Tomas Osmeña ang mga pulis kon dili motabang ang Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) pag-ila kon si kinsa ang mga pulis nga nanuktok sa balay ug niadto sa water refilling station sa iyang duha kaalyado nga barangay kapitan sa bukid.
Niadtong Biyernes, Abril 12, sa gabii, giasoy ni Osmeña nga wala mailhing mga pulis ning-adto sa balay ni Pedro Dumaolao sa Agsungot apan giingnan sa nahabilin sa balay nga wa ang ilang gipangita.
Paglabay sa 20 minutos, ang mga pulis nagpahigayon og check-point duol sa water refilling station ni Kapitan Richard Bacayan sa barangay Buot Taup sa south district.
Paglabay sa pipila ka mga minuto, adunay tulo ka mga tawo nga niadto sa refilling station ug nangita kang Bacayan kinsa wala sa lugar.
Ang maong tulo ka mga tawo giingong nagbilin pa og usa ka bala sa .45 didto sa gawas atol sa ilang pagbiya, dugang sa post ni Osmeña sa iyang social media page.
“If this is the same police that went to the Agsungot captain’s house last week at 1 in the morning with no warrant WHILE WEARING MASKS demanding that he come out so they could 'take a picture lang' then this is obviously a case of harassment. An official letter will be drafted demanding to know the identities of the men in the patrol vehicle seen in this CCTV capture,” tipik sa FB post ni Osmeña.
“If CCPO refuses to identify the personnel who were in Buot-Taup and Agsungot last night and what they were doing there, and especially if they refuse to help identify the men who left the live round behind or update the people on who was responsible for the 3 strafing incidents that occurred last week, then it is obvious that police leadership is COMPLICIT if not outright RESPONSIBLE for these events,” dugang sa FB post, “What say you, CCPO? What say you Labella? Will you continue to defend the police since the only people being harrassed are all BOPK captains?

Ang kaatbang ni Osmeña sa pagka-mayor nga si Bise Mayor Edgardo Labella nihulagway nga wala sa dugo nga naglatay sa iyang kaugatan ang pagpanghulga para lang sa iyang kaugalingon interest.
