According to assistant restaurant manager Shiela Lucanas, its monthly featured drink takes into account customers’ requests and incorporates its team’s creativity. “We want to showcase some versatility when it comes to our drink offerings, and we want to grant our customers’ requests as much as possible.” For this month, the perky cafe features its Matcha Pistachio, a healthy creamy blend of matcha green and pistachio nuts perfect for the season.
The are also other popular picks which feature local ice cream. There’s the Banana Split, a banana filled with strawberry, vanilla, chocolate ice cream, topped with whipped cream, nuts and cherry, drizzled with chocolate sauce; and the bai Fruit Sundae, fresh local fruits topped with durian, black sesame, ube ice cream and whipped cream, fresh mangoes and ube.
