FIESTA Communities, Inc., prime provider of low cost and socialized housing in North and Central Luzon, opened its third housing project in Tarlac on April 13 in Barangay Aguso, Tarlac City and introduced its first single detached unit design.
The developer, which is among Home Development Mutual Fund’s top 10 developers nationwide, said the latest development will be a community of 477 households.
Bannering the campaign “Gusto ko ‘to”, the subdivision offers bigger two-story units - the couple model, which comes with 2 and 3 bedroom variants, and the single detached with 3 bedrooms and 2 comfort rooms.
Situated along McArthur Highway, the project provides easy access to Tarlac City proper and nearby municipalities.
The event kicked off with a motorcade around the key areas of Tarlac City, followed by a Eucharistic Celebration.
Fiesta Communities president and chief executive officer Wilfredo M. Tan, Fiesta chief operating officer Patrick John Tan, Home Development Mutual Fund department manager III Josephine Reyes and Fiesta Communities official endorser Jimmy Santos launched the entrance gate and the model units.
Fiesta deputy chief operating officer Philip Anthony Tan and regional area manager for Pampanga and Tarlac Melvin Jason Tan also took part in the ceremonies.
Miss Fiesta Communities 2018 Jerry Loi Reyes, Loans Processing and Documentation manager Ria Theresa Uy, Loans Processing and After Sales head Freda Manalili and senior sales supervisors Christina Santos and Allen Peña were also present.
Fiesta Communities Aguso comes after Fiesta Communities Tarlac in Barangay Matatalaib in 2009 and Fiesta Communities San Rafael in 2014. (PR)
