Pregnant woman, son killed in Lubao

A WOMAN who was three months pregnant and her four-year-old child were found dead with multiple stab wounds inside their home in Lubao town Monday, April 15.

Police identified the victims as KC Montemayor, 25, and Chelsie Jade, 4. KC’s husband Archie found their bodies when he went home for lunch.

Initial investigation reports said the suspect, whose name is withheld for being a minor, is a neighbor of the victims and is reportedly mentally disturbed.

“The suspect is addicted to computer games. He was at a computer game shop overnight for several days before the incident happened. Meron daw bumubulong sa tenga na patayin ang mga biktima (He reportedly heard voices in his head telling him to kill the mother and son),” Police Lieutenant Colonel Jerry Corpuz said.

Prior to the killing, KC had allegedly caught the suspect stealing P100 from her purse and hurled unsavory remarks against the teenager.

“The boy might have been humiliated in front of other neighbors,” Corpuz said.
