NIPASALIG si Cebu City Executive Judge Macaundas Hadjirasul sa Regional Trial Court Branch 8 nga ang tanan requests alang sa search warrants gisusi pag-ayo sa dili pa luwatan sa korte.
Si Hadjirasul naaghat sa pagluwat sa pamahayag human si Mayor Tomas Osmeña nipagawas og apelasyon Cebu City judges sa pagkonsiderar sa pipila ka obserbasyon sa ilang evaluation sa request alang sa issuance sa search warrants.
“It is really required for a judge that before issuing or refusing to issue a search warrant, he has to examine the applicant and the witnesses that the applicant might produce. That examination is through searching questions and through the answers of the applicants and his witnesses, the judge will evaluate if there is a probable cause to issue the search warrant,” saysay sa huwes ngadto sa mga reporter.
