ArthaLand tops off Cebu Exchange on Earth Day

GREEN developer ArthaLand Corp. surprises Mother Earth with a gift today which is Earth Day itself.

ArthaLand is topping off Phase One of the Cebu Exchange – the largest and truly green building yet to be built in Cebu. With this, the Queen City of the South is proud to be participating in the planet’s largest civic event this year, by offering to the Cebuanos, a product of hard work borne out of the collective responsibility to care for Mother Earth.

“We don’t just talk about it, we actually do it,” says ArthaLand president Jaime C. Gonzalez. “When we decided to dedicate ourselves to developing sustainable properties, obviously we were thinking of how the market would receive it. But it was also a commitment of the major shareholders to attend to the concern for the environment. We asked ourselves, ‘If not now, when?’”

The Cebu Exchange is envisioned to be the best and biggest green office development in the country as it stands to be the only green high-rise in the Visayas and Mindanao. The project is located in Cebu IT Park and it stands to be the most sought-after business address in Cebu as it was created to allow businesses to maximize operational efficiency, lower day-to-day costs and provide a healthier, more comfortable and more productive work environment.

Earth day began in the year 1970 and has been a worldwide phenomenon since then. It is continually credited for launching modern environmental movements like the passage of landmark laws which includes Clean Air, Clean Water and Endangered Species Act which have been adopted by the Philippines.

Completion of Cebu Exchange is on track as scheduled in 2021. SPONSORED CONTENT
