It is good that around the same time that the news about Cebu City falling some spots in the world ranking of “Super Cities” according to a survey because of its failure to innovate in terms of technology use, Cebu businessmen are also calling voters to choose candidates who are “business-friendly.”
Both of these reports make sense in a way that the City should be receptive to the needs of the business community. Governance with foresight and with an innovative mindset is an excellent business partner. (By Joe Lim)
