Lokal Kasikas: Scandinavian Film Festival ilusad sa Davao

MGA embahada sa Denmark, Norway ug Sweden sa Manila, ka-partner ang Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) ug SM Lanang Premiere molusad sa labing una nga Scandinavian Film Festival sa Pilipinas.

Himuon kini sa Davao City, Abril 28 ngadto Mayo 3, 2019.

Ang film festival mopasundayag sa sobra 30 ka contemporary films sa nagkadaiyang genre nga mopakita sa kultura ug kinabuhi sa Scandinavian nga nagtumong sab mas lawom nga pagsabot sa kultura.

Pipila sa mga pelikulang malantawan mao ang intimate triangle drama nga “Rosita” nga gidalhan ni Mercedes Cabral.

Ang “Rosita” (2015) nagyagyag sa istorya sa amahan ug anak nga nahigugma sa usa ka babaye.

Ang pelikula midaug og Frederikke Aspöck best director award sa Moscow International Festival 2015.

Ang pelikula maoy pampa-bwena mano sa aktibidad.

Ang Festival mopakita sa 23 ka full-length films gikan Denmark, Norway, ug Sweden sa SM Lanang Premiere, Abril 28 ngadto Mayo 3.

Samtang pipila ka dokumentaryo, children’s short films, ug pelikula gikan Mindanao Film Community ang ipasalida sa Cinematheque Centre Davao, Abril 29 ngadto Mayo 3, 2019.

“FDCP is proud to work with the Embassies of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden in Manila to bring the very first Scandinavian Film Festival to the Philippines. We are delighted that our embassies are going beyond Manila to reach out to the regional audiences of the country and make global cinema more accessible to more Filipinos,” suma ni FDCP Chairperson ug CEO Mary Liza Diño.

“We can’t wait to showcase and introduce the Scandinavian culture through an exceptional lineup of films to the Davaoeños,” dugang niya.

Tanang pelikula LIBRE nga malantaw sa first-come, first-served basis.

Ang pagpili ug pagpasalida sa mga pelikula nahimong posible inubanan sa suporta sa Embassy of Denmark Manila, Royal Norwegian Embassy Manila, Embassy of Sweden sa Manila, Danish Film Institute, SM Lanang Premier, SM Cinema, Film Development Council of the Philippines, ug Cinematheque Centre Davao.
