THIS installation, dubbed "The Cry of the Dead Whale," is on display outside the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) in Manila.
It was unveiled Thursday, April 25, as part of the CCP's Earth Day 2019 celebration.
The installation was made from bottles, plastic bags and other kinds of plastic wastes.
