15 persons nabbed in Benguet

THREE top most wanted persons, including 12 others, were collared by police in their strengthened campaign against crime in the region.

Benguet’s fourth top most wanted person, Eialda Bahel Pallay, charged for the crime of robbery with violence against or intimidation of persons was tracked down in his residence at Tinoc, Ifugao Wednesday morning, April 24.

Pallay, 45, farmer, was caught by joint personnel of Tinoc and Buguias police and was placed under arrest thru an arrest warrant issued by Judge Segio Angnganay Jr. of RTC Branch 61 First Judicial Region, Abatan, Buguias, Benguet with a recommended bail bond of P100,000.

Apayao’s number 2 top most wanted, Ridel Mangabang, charged for murder, was caught at Barangay Manalpac, Solsona, Ilocos Norte Wednesday night.

Mangabang, 29, a laborer was arrested by joint personnel of Flora police, Apayao Intelligence Branch and Provincial Mobil Force Command (PMFC), and Apayao Provincial Police Office with no recommended bail bond as per warrant issued by Judge Francisco Donato of the Second Judicial Region Branch 26, Luna, Apayao.

The number 5 female top most wanted of Culion, Palawan charged for violation of Republic Act 7610 also known as the Anti-Child Abuse Law was apprehended in Avelino Street, Barangay Andres Bonifacio, Baguio City Wednesday afternoon.

Joint operatives of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) Station 1, Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU)-14, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG)-Baguio and Culion Municipal Police Station (MPS), Palawan Provincial Police Office, arrested Laine Rosete, 42.

Judge Jose Bayani Usman of the Family Court of RTC, Branch 50, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan recommended a bail bond of P80, 000 for her temporary liberty.
